Archiculture design

The project is about the design of a two-storey villa with a basement, of ​ 205.00 sq.m. , located in the seaside area close to the town of Agios Konstantinos in Fthiotida. It is designed according to Greek legislation, so as to fulfill the A’ class energy efficiency parameters. The central idea of ​​the architectural composition was, through the transformation of interconnected cubic volumes, to create different qualities of interior and exterior spaces that would highlight the natural landscape. Therefore, each of them will be a unique experience of the abundant natural light and the panoramic views of greenery and sea.
