PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN STAVROS FTHIOTIDA

Archiculture design

The project is about the design of a ground floor residence with an attic, of ​​170.00 sq.m. The residence is developed  in a “gamma” formation in order to achieve maximum solar energy benefits from the southern and eastern orientation, in the living and sleeping areas of the residence. The gamma formation also allows the complete separation of the public and private areas of the residence. Meanwhile is creating more public and private zones of outdoor gardens for the development of different activities in each outdoor unit.
