The architectural office based in Lamia, was founded in 2018 by the architect engineer Konstantia N. Polyzou. Through those years we have undertaken architectural projects including residences, hotels, office spaces, leisure and entertainment spaces, industrial buildings as well as private and public outdoor spaces.The office’s philosophy is to connect the needs, limitations and commitments of an emerging architectural synthesis with the contemporary reality, aiming of a complete, unique and potentially timeless architectural composition.

The development of an architectural central idea is based on research. Research of the particular characteristics of the place of intervention such as climate, topology, culture, architecture. The development of each idea has as a final goal the production of clear architectural compositions, the correct handling of natural and artificial light and the balanced correlation of the interior with the exterior spaces, with a modern architectural look. New materials, new technologies and individual construction solutions, especially those that optimize the building’s environmental footprint, complete the architectural project.

The philosophy of the office is to connect the needs, constraints, and commitments of a nascent architectural project with contemporary reality, with the ultimate goal of creating a comprehensive, unique, and potentially timeless architectural composition. The development of a central architectural idea is based on exploration. This involves investigating the unique characteristics of the site, including climatic, geomorphological, cultural, and architectural aspects. The evolution of each idea aims to produce clear architectural compositions, effectively manage natural and artificial light, and relate the interior with the exterior space, all through a contemporary architectural lens. New materials, new technologies, and specific construction solutions, particularly those that optimize the building’s environmental footprint, complete the architectural endeavor.

Our ambition is with a consistent, interdisciplinary approach and continuous legislative information and training, our office to continuously expand its design horizons through small or large-scale projects, without distinctions and with one basic goal: People, through our works, to experience the essence of Architecture which is habitation.
